Important Information for your visit:

Please note the time you book is the time your tour will depart and your journey to Lapland begins!

As Lapland is sold out for 2022 and each family require their own seating, it will not be possible to join a later tour should you arrive late.

Instead, you will be taken to join your tour wherever it has reached in the experience and will sadly miss earlier parts of the show.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend you aim to arrive 20-30 minutes before your tour time.

You can expect your Lapland tour to last between 3.5 - 4 hours. The first 90 minutes is an immersive theatrical scripted performance that takes place in the Enchanted Forest, the Toy Factory and Mother Christmas’ Kitchen.

Thereafter follows a further 90 minutes free time exploring the Elven Village. Here, you will immerse yourselves in the daily lives of the Elves as they prepare for Christmas. You will have the opportunity to ice skate on the frozen pond, send a letter to Father Christmas from Elva’s Post Office, refuel in Pumpernickel’s restaurant, and peruse beautiful festive decorations and giftware in the Elf Emporium.

Your personalised audience with Father Christmas will take place in the final hour of your journey, but not before you have travelled deeper into the snowy forest to meet his reindeer and see his magical sleigh.

Please bear in mind, if you choose to visit on our twilight 18:00 tour, you will leave Lapland at approximately 22:00. This might be a consideration for those of you journeying with the smallest of Small Folk!
