We are pleased to let you that your MyLapland portal is available for you to access via our website, or by clicking the MyLapland button on your email confirmation!
With MyLapland, you can input your Small Folk's special information and have it delivered straight to Father Christmas himself! We suggest that you do this at least 48 hours prior to your visit, so that everything is just perfect for your arrival. And let's not forget about Jingles – our special Elven currency that can be used exclusively in Lapland. You can purchase as many Jingles as you like and spend them on delightful treats and gifts.
You can look at any remaining availability to reschedule your booking to an alternative date or time, or even add additional tickets (if your booking is below the maximum limit of 8 tickets).
Please keep in mind that due to high demand, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to make any changes to number of people on your booking, or amend the date/time of your arrival.
