All children attending on a child's ticket will receive a personalised invitation from Father Christmas inviting them to Lapland to come and help build a toy in the Toy Factory with the Elves!
At the time of booking, you will need to enter the children's first names.
Please make sure you check the names you enter carefully, as you will not be able to change them after booking. The names on the personalised invitations will appear exactly how you enter them during the booking process.
You will be able to add your children's personalised information for your Father Christmas visit later in the year once our portal is open. We will notify you via email when the portal is open.
Please note all your booking invitations will arrive in a beautiful invitation presentation box which is part of the postage & Packaging fee, sent one per booking to the bookers address, we are unable to send invitations to multiple addresses.
Big Folk! Make sure you take everything out of the box, except the invitation (saving everything else for when you need it later), then place the box in the freezer for one hour. When the box is icy cold, 'deliver' the invitation 'straight from Lapland', creating a memory to last a lifetime!
